Returns policy

All products sold by Flying Elephant are custom made to order and therefore are not subject to change of mind policy. Flying Elephant cannot accept returns on goods where faults occur due to damage, misuse, neglect or misoperation. This further covers secondary products being used that cause fault or similar. In the rare instance where goods may be damaged during delivery or purchaser(s) make Flying Elephant aware of an outright fault from receipt of goods. An assessment will be carried out to determine the appropropriate course of redress pertaining to european consumer statutory rights. Where goods demonstrate a fault under a period of 6 months, a further assessment as to the cause will be carried out where Flying Elephant may deem it necessary to to seek guidance and recourse from the original manufacturer. All claims are assessed on a case by case basis.
